The Pentwater Township Offices will be closed today, Thursday December 5th, due to inclement weather.

The Township Offices will be closed from December 24, 2024, through January 1, 2025, in observance of the holidays. However, the Treasurer's Office will be open Monday, December 30, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for tax collection only.

Ask the Township? Or the Village?

The Village of Pentwater is wholly contained within the boundaries of Pentwater Township. Consequently, if you live or own property in the Village, you are a Village resident and subject to Village taxes, as well as a Township resident and subject to Township taxes. If you live in the Township but outside the Village, you are a Township resident only and subject to Township taxes only.
