Township Ordinances
Pentwater Township Ordinances are local laws that have been adopted and amended by our municipal governing authority, the Pentwater Township Board. Ordinances apply to our Township jurisdiction, and generally govern matters that are not already covered by state or federal law. The majority of ordinances pertain to maintaining community health and safety, zoning and general welfare. Examples of ordinances include zoning regulations, property maintenance, sign placement and noise, among many others.
